Born in Sopron in Hungary in 1926, and studied at the Academy in Budapest. In the 1956 uprising he escaped to Austria and has lived and worked in Vienna ever since. Has exhibited widely throughout Europe, the U.S.A. and Japan. Usually paints one of the four seasons.
